Kaye loves the Zoo, so every time she comes for a visit, the Zoo is a must see. Nolan had the day off school yesterday so it seemed like the perfect day to go. The monkeys and gibbons are always the highlight of the trip. They are pretty much the only animals that move around and the others just lay around like they are going to die of boredom. The monkeys have pink bare butts. The boys are slightly infatuated with the "pink and bareness" of it all. Any time they could remotely squeeze in a comment regarding their pink butts, they did. Between that and Jarom's obsession with burping at the dinner table, I was so very happy to have Kaye sitting there witnessing the whole catastrophe. Lucky for me she raised 5 boys of her own, so I am sure it didn't faze her.
